I knew I should wait until Tuesday morning, so I can get an accurate picture of the full two-week induction, and plus, I won't have a bunch of food in my body. But I couldn't resist the scale.

I lost 1.5 pound.

In two weeks.

On the one hand, I was hoping for more. A lot more. On the other hand, I didn't really start losing last time until after 3 weeks, the diet doesn't always work so quickly if you start again, and besides, it's better than gaining!

I had a heavy reliance on whipped cream the past two weeks, using it to carry me through my cravings like methadone. Probably wasn't the greatest idea, but it kept me from snapping and binging on a gallon of ice cream.

In the next two weeks, I'm going to cut all dairy consumption (except a little bit of cheese in my salads) and up my water consumption (I went from never having any water to 2-3 bottles a day with 2 diet cokes on average. I'll cut one of the cokes and replace it with water.) I should also probably excercise. Exercise would be a good idea. I still have my damned stationary bike.

Congrts on your 1.5 (and on the 4 you mention later)

I was curious about the "no sugar" part of yourplan. Does your whipped cream have no sugar? Does no sugar mean no heavy carbs like potatoes and pasta? Does no sugar mean no fruit? No fruit juice?

Did I ever mention that I fell off the WW wagon and gained back half the weight that I had lost?

Whipped cream has about 1 carb per tablespoon. Heavy whipping cream has zero carbs, it's almost all fat.

I don't eat pasta, potatoes, fruit, fruit juice, bread, cookies, cake, pudding, um, anything else you can think of that would fall into this list. I only eat whole, unprocessed foods. Fresh vegetables, meat, eggs, butter, cream etc. If it's processed, artificial, and full of sugar, I won't eat it.

I eat a lot of salad. Jaime and I split a head of lettuce every dinner. I eat a lot of protein. Steaks, fish, bacon, eggs, tuna, and of course, mayo and ranch dressing!
