I heard that scantalations for up to chapter 45 were out, but I can't say for sure.

Yeah, we've been watching the anime. Apparently he reads the manga online in his spare time.

Well, if you've been watching it on AS you should know that after last week's episode, 25, the manga and the anime split totally. They're almost utterly and completely separate.

I know I've read chapter 41 and maybe chapter 42 - but after that, they got hard to find, probably because they came out in the North American bookstores just recently (or are about to come out).
