Last night, I watched Run Fatboy Run, which I thought was a cute enough movie. There weren't any horrible flaws (except the montage, which Pegg had the decency to apologize for), and there were a few points where I felt absolutely touched--mainly because Pegg's "sad face" wrecks me. Anyway, I spent so much time reflecting on how much I love Simon Pegg while I was watching the flick, that when I went to bed immediately afterwards, I had a dream about him.

A very vivid, very nice dream. I was at some convention at some weird hotel, and from there, we (my sister and I) were going to fly directly to Italy. We were sharing a real crappy suite---the beds were just wood panels with blankets on them, and the shower doubled as the kitchen sink. But like the TARDIS, it was huge. Naturally, I didn't want to spend any more time there than I had to, so I went to a reception in the lobby, and ran into Simon Pegg. I fangirled over him a bit, and he said I thought I looked familiar, and I told him I fangirled over him before. Then we started talking, and he was a really nice guy, and he asked me if I wanted to go somewhere with him. So we went to see a friend of his, then we went to see a movie, then we just sat outside and talked, and he was also very touchy-feely. We were becoming great friends, but me being me, wanted to try to get him into bed.

And that's when I woke up. See? Wasn't that a great dream.

Also, and this isn't from the dream, I love how blue Simon's eyes are.

aww ace dream. RFBR has some surprisingly moving moments in it which I wasn't expecting when I went to see it. My fav scenes are the one in which Mr Goshdashider gives Dennis a pair of running shoes and the scene on the balcony between Dennis and Libby - heartwarming and heartbreaking drama in the middle of some slapstick and gross out comedy.

Yeah, I really loved the scene on the balcony. Simon knocked it out of the park. I have to admit, I even felt a bit misty when I watched it. And nobody does "completely crushed" like Simon does, so when the engagement was announced, his "No no no" was really heartbreaking, too.
