Well, for starters, the cold I've been holding off by sheer force of will is coming on strong. Head hurts, throat hurts, and I just feel like general crap. I think I might skip class today and try to save my voice.
So does anybody who knows about dreams want to tell me what this one means? I dreamt that my bathroom was a real disgusting pigsty. Cat crap all over the floor, food all over, overflowing garbage can, dirty clothes everywhere, etc. I sat on the toilet and felt something scratching my butt. There were mice in the toilet and they climbed into my underwear and I couldn't get them out and woke myself up, screaming and shaking. *shudder*
I miss Rome. I really, really miss Rome. I miss Rome so much I can't stand it and I want to go back right now. You know what I do when I have a very dear wish that I could never really see? I write. A part of me wants to write a one-off future fic, set in Rome, possibly Spuffy. Only, I don't have any ideas other than "I love Rome." Does anybody have any plot points or ideas they'd like to see?
I meant to write Man From Snowy River fanfic yesterday, but man, I had a chaotic, busy day. It included shaving Jaime's head, which is like a three hour job. Also all my shows are on Sunday nights, so my time is monopolized from 6 until 1. Did anybody watch Arrested Development last night? Good god almighty, I love that show. And Carnivale! I loved last night's episode. The two eps of Nip/Tuck I saw kinda pissed me off, but that seems pretty par for the course when it comes to that show.
Um, there was something else I was going to say. Now I can't remember what. Oh, I think my favorite line on any tv show ever was on last night's Carnivale. Brother Justin was discussing the banality of the Bible and...I don't think I can convey this just typing it. He sort of laughed and said "Blessed are the meek" as though it was the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard in all his life.
ANd this is my new icon, so I thought I'd use it. Even though it's a little sad.
